Taking care of yourself postpartum is of highest importance! ✨ We’ve compiled a list of postpartum essentials to help make your post-delivery as comfortable as possible!

🎀 Mesh un**es — We recommend disposable! Something large, roomy and comfortable that you don’t mind throwing away.

🎀 Comfy pajamas - This will keep you feeling cozy while your body is recovering!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🎀 Hydration — the more, the better! Make sure you are drinking enough clear liquids.

🎀 Dermoplast — This keeps you numb and soothed in the nether-regions! It’s a must in our book!

“Giving birth to him was peaceful, hard as f***, and overwhelming to say the least. Filled with emotions every single step of the way.

I felt so loved by my team. My husband that stood by my side and held my hand. My midwife is and was incredible (everyone needs a Megan in her life). My nurse was an angel sent from heaven…and everybody else that helped with the birth of my son was definitely touched by God.

Just a friendly reminder that how you store your breastmilk MATTERS! 🍼
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are some general tips for your breastmilk storage:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👶 Make sure to clean and sterilize any containers before you use them to store your milk
👶 Always label your containers/bags with the date and time they were expressed
👶 Store milk in 2-4oz portions to avoid any unneeded waste
👶 Don’t mix freshly expressed milk with chilled milk — make sure they are the same temperature before combining
👶 Thaw frozen milk in the fridge or in warm running water. ❗️ NEVER MICROWAVE BREASTMILK ❗️

Human milk is incredible! As long as you follow these tips, it will help keep your milk fresh and help it last! 💗

We had the best time celebrating our amazing midwife, Megan, before she pops!! 🤰🏼 It was so fun sprinkling the both of them with SO much love! 💗 We couldn’t be more excited for you, Megan!
