I started taking pictures professionally about 20 years after I became a Photographer in the United States Air Force.

When I am doing my photography and creating, I feel free, energized but also relaxed. I chose the name Dancing in the Rain Photography because I feel that it fits my life and my personality best. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning how to dance in the rain" - Vivan Green. Besides creating I also enjoy decorating, traveling and sharing my knowledge with others about

how the body uses food to support its systems naturally. I LOVE food too so trying out new recipes and making them "clean" is also another hobby of mine. My mission for this company is provide quality images to my clients in an environment that will make them feel comfortable and where they will have fun and LOVE the experience they had. This was a super spontaneous trip to Sedona with an effort to see the snow against the red rocks. These pics were taken at sunset in very low light with a race against the sun off the side of the road near Red Rock Crossing State park. Next time it snows I will try to get out there early with more time to explore and use different lighting.

These pics were done at high noon which is a horrible time for lighting and Mya fell asleep on the way to the shoot, which was also not the best but she worked it out like a pro and we turned this last minute photoshoot into some decent pics that only took like 15 minutes. My baby is such a natural with the camera. I can't believe she is going to be going to Kindergarten in the fall!

I love the way these pictures came out. Melissa and Josh requested we go to Scorpion Gulch at South Mountain in Phoenix. It was a bit out of the way but really worth it to get some very unique photos. We also went out right as the sun was setting which turned these pictures good to GREAT! It was hard picking my favorites. I hope you love them as much as I do :)

I loved the way the colors came out in these pics and there were no added hue adjustments done these are the colors of fall here in AZ! This couple was super easy and fun to work with! This couple wanted portrait style pictures with their dog babies to share for Christmas and I really liked the way the simplicity of the pictures came together. What do you think?

Just uploaded close to 500 pics from a few trips the last couple of months. This one was my favorite! My heart and soul taking a short minute to take a picture while playing with the ducks near uptown Sedona. Love these faces!
