Need a single main phone field for Sales reps to see in their listviews in Zoho CRM? Here's a little something I rolled out for a client recently using a workflow and a little code. Main Phone is not editable by users, but will auto-update based on the Preferred Phone field and the Phone number it indicates, except when that Phone field is blank.
