I think this part of adulting may be universally hated!

I am usually hired to do laundry, dishes, trash, and organizing. Sometimes there is downtime in between tasks and I look for other tasks that can be done.

I can almost always clean this area up for people.

I also deconstruct doom bags/piles, put away overstock, clean drawers, and break down recycling during those in between times but this just always feels extra helpful.

I don’t even know if they notice, but I know!

Day In the Life of an errand runner/home helper:

Took 1 student to 1 school
Unloaded 2 dishwashers
Loaded 3 dishwashers
Wiped off 1 kitchen’s counters, 1 table
Folded/Put Away 4 loads of laundry
Washed/Dried 5 other loads of laundry
Organized 1 spice drawer
Deep cleaned 1 trash cabinet
Brought in 2 trash cans
Took out 4 bags of trash
Cleaned 10 cabinet doors
Dropped off 1 box of glass at
recycling center
Dropped off 1 box at donation center
Cooked 1 dinner
Made 2 online grocery orders
Meal planned 5 meals

Client is getting rid of some used items at reasonable prices. Message me for first dibs. Pick up at Cooper & Warner. Random Anthropologie pasta plates, side plates, bowls

6 High Back Chairs (need a good steam clean)

Twin headboard. Not sure if there is a frame, but if someone is interested I will find out.

These clients are fannnnccccyyyy. On Wednesdays I fold a lot of little girls’ clothes!!! This family also has a pool so always a lot of towels. I love being a little 🧚‍♀️ keeping things running smoothly.
