The cost of living isn't getting any cheaper.

Groceries, utilities, insurance, travel, home repairs—everything seems to cost more these days. For many families, relying on our day job isn't enough anymore.

That's one of the reasons we started looking for ways to create an additional stream of income. Not to replace our jobs overnight, but to give ourselves more flexibility, more choices, and a little more breathing room financially.

Creating an additional income stream has allowed us to build something alongside our regular careers, on our own schedule. Whether your goal is a little extra money for unexpected expenses, paying down debt, saving for retirement, or finally taking that dream vacation, an online business can be a powerful tool.

Sometimes in life, you have to trust.

Yes, there are scams out there. Yes, it's smart to do your research and ask questions. But if we let fear stop us from exploring every opportunity, we might miss something that could truly change our lives.

Every new job, business, investment, friendship, or adventure starts with a little uncertainty. The key is finding opportunities that allow you to learn, grow, and make an informed decision.

That's one reason I appreciate opportunities that offer a refundable trial period. It gives people a chance to look behind the curtain, learn what's possible, and decide if it's the right fit for them—without a huge financial risk.

Some of the best things we've experienced in life started with a simple leap of faith. Not because we had all the answers, but because we were willing to stay open to the possibility that something better was waiting on the other side.

Just three generations of women enjoying a special girls’ night out. ❤️🥂

My mom, my daughter Shelby, and I headed to the city to celebrate Shelby’s 21st birthday. We spent the evening sharing cocktails, lots of laughs, great conversations, and making memories we’ll cherish forever.

There is something so special about seeing three generations together around the same table, celebrating life’s milestones and enjoying each other’s company.

One of the biggest misconceptions about building a business is that you have to quit your job to do it.

We're not retired. We still work our day jobs while building our business on the side.

Why?

Because we wanted more options for our future. More flexibility, more travel, more experiences, and more income streams than relying on a single paycheck.

It isn't always easy. Some days it means working before work, after work, or on weekends. But small, consistent steps add up.

We are creating more choices for ourselves and our family.

The goal is to build a life with more freedom and flexibility along the way.

Today we celebrate a mission accomplished. 🏡🏡

For years, owning rental properties was one of the goals on our list. Today, we officially have two rental properties and are already laying the groundwork for the next one.

The journey hasn't always been easy. There have been sacrifices, extra work, tough decisions, and times when we had to stay focused on the bigger picture. But every step forward, no matter how small, helped build momentum.

What we've learned is that goals don't happen by accident. They require commitment, patience, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when progress feels slow.

We're proud of what we've accomplished, grateful for the opportunities we've had, and excited for what's next. The momentum continues, and so does the journey.

If you've been watching from the sidelines and wondering, *"Could I really do something like this?"* — trust us, we asked ourselves the same question.

We're not tech experts or influencers. We're a bookkeeper and a manager who wanted more flexibility, more freedom, and more options for our future.

What attracted us to this business was simple:

✔️ The systems and training are already in place.

Celebrating a major milestone for us! 🎉

For years, we dreamed of owning a rental property. Last December, we finally made it happen.

Since then, we've enjoyed a winter of skiing, exploring a new area, and learning all about our new adventure. Now the time has come to welcome our first tenants and begin the next chapter.

This experience has reminded us of something important: dreams don't become reality by wishing for them. They become reality when you turn them into goals, create a plan, and take action.

We still have a long list of goals ahead of us, and we'll keep checking them off one by one. Today, though, we're taking a moment to celebrate this one.

Cheers to us, to hard work, and to another goal accomplished! 🥂🏡
