A few years back, I coached a youth soccer team that never won a game their first season. I wanted to give every kid a chance and thought that was what mattered most. But I realized: unless we started winning, there wouldn't be a team for anyone to play on. So we raised the bar, set clear goals, and started winning. Suddenly, the kids had fun, parents were proud, and more kids wanted to join.
Business works the same way. Profit = winning: and winning means you’re able to help more people, grow your impact, and give back even more. Profit isn’t a dirty word. It’s the fuel that lets you take care of your employees, support your community, and build a legacy.
