Community Matters facilitated the 2nd Franklin NH Community Forum for the Soldiers Memorial Hall project at Mojalki Country Club. The topic was Finance Strategy & Economic Impact for Soldiers Memorial Hall. The forum was recorded and a slideshow was presented by Kate Bishop, along with Neil Cannon's example of potential funding options (i.e., grants) and an example of potential cost savings to taxpayers from what impact the current $6.8M bond is and what it could be with potential funding sources (see below). Keep in mind, this current number will change based on the amount granted by the funders, along with Capital Campaign income and any additional funding opportunities. This chart will be updated throughout the process and shared on the website managed by Community Matters.

DONATE TODAY!!

The Community Action Program's Laconia Senior Center plays an important role in the health and well-being of our seniors. It helps combat isolation and depression, by providing activities and congregate meals. Who isn't happier and healthier when sharing a meal together? Without a commercial kitchen, the Laconia Senior Center can only serve one meal a week. You can help us serve meals 5 days a week by donating for the construction and long-term maintenance of a commercial kitchen.

Donations can be made at https://capbm.org or by scanning the QR Code below.

Thank you for your support.
