Today we're celebrating the founder, owner, roaster, handyman, problem solver, and one of the hardest-working people behind Rough Country Roasters.

If you've ever stopped by the roastery, you've likely seen firsthand the dedication, honesty, and heart he puts into everything he does. Whether he's roasting coffee, fixing messes, helping a customer, or tackling the next project on the never-ending to-do list, he always gives 100%.

What many people don't see is the countless hours, sacrifices, and hard work that go into building a small business. He consistently puts others before himself and works tirelessly to make Rough Country Roasters the best it can be. His integrity, generosity, and commitment are a big part of what makes this business what it is today.

We're incredibly grateful for everything he does, and we're proud to celebrate him today.

Thank you to everyone who came through the doors today - you guys completely wiped us out!
We’re genuinely humbled by the support. It means a lot.
I’ve already restocked the shelves with what we had left, and I’ll be roasting all weekend trying to keep up with you awesome folks.

We’re excited to introduce two brand-new flavored coffees, roasted to perfect medium to let the added flavors shine through beautifully!

Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble
Like a fresh-baked dessert in your cup — juicy wild blueberry, warm cinnamon spice, and a buttery crumble finish. Sweet, comforting, and full of flavor.

Angel's Kiss
A little slice of heaven: toasted coconut, rich milk chocolate, and a smooth hint of hazelnut. Creamy, indulgent, and dangerously good.
Both are small-batch roasted in a perfect medium roast so you get the best balance of coffee flavor and the added sweetness.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we enjoy the freedom to gather, build, work hard, and share moments over a good cup of coffee.

As you spend time with family and friends today, take a moment to reflect on those who never made it home.

From all of us at Rough Country Roasters — thank you to the fallen, and gratitude to the families who carry their legacy.

☕ Great news, Gillette! ☕
Our new Brazilian Serra Negra shipment came in today, and I’ll be firing up the roaster tonight to bring back Midday Roast!
We’re still blown away on how Midday sold out crazy fast. Thank you so much for the incredible support. That kind of love means everything to a small local roastery like ours.
Give us a couple days to roast and rest the new beans, and Midday will be back on the shelves very soon.
In the meantime, we’ve still got Golden, Dawn, Dusk, Midnight, River Basin Decaf, The Cabin, and all our flavored coffees ready to go.
Thank you again for showing up and backing us.
