Here's a quick video on how I make my beanies with patches and rivets. The reason I use the rivet method is because some beanie materials are sensitive to heat, and when you press, they will lose their elasticity.

Hi all,

With all the logistics issues we've had all last year, we finally have our original TexTack adhesive back in stock.
This is the adhesive we use with patches, twill, foils, flock, etc.

TexTack was back in stock and sold out in 1 day! It was only a couple master rolls we had shipped via air, but the rest is on a freighter headed this way. Arrival time is mid to late November. I might be able to procure a few more rolls shipped via air again. Need to check with the factory. Stay tune!

What can you do with TexTack?
-Cut on a plotter and use flock, foil, etc to create multidec designs.
-Cut with a laser and add backing to leather patches or Tack Twill

If you have a ULS Laser with a rotary attachment, here's a quick fix on how to make it lock down tighter when engraving Yeti and other tumblers.

Some ULS Rotary attachments will not clamp and hold the tumblers tightly. This will cause the tumbler to slip while engraving and the design will get messed ...

Hi all,
There was a mistake on my order for the original TexTack material so I’m waiting for the replacement and not sure how long that will be. I may be getting some sheets of the same material in the meantime. I also have another material that works the same way with patches. It’s only 17” wide instead of 19.5”, but it also cost cheaper. It comes in clear and white, but work exactly the same. You can find near the bottom of this page:

So the 17th came and went. I didn't do a free font of the month, didn't create a 2021 membership, or come up with anything new. 🤷‍♂️ I'm still thinking about what I want to do this year and not sure when I'll have an answer. 😳
