One third Passion Fruit, one third Orange juice, and one third Guava Nectar - with just a bit of sugar to create alcohol and bump this juice from a Keiki (kid's) drink to adult beverage.

We're beginning the season with a crowd favorite, Mango. A slightly sweet and low-alcohol (ok, lower-alcohol) concoction, this one is perfect on a summer day. Mango concentrate and Picpoul blanc wine with a slice of fresh Mango - perfection!

Only $10 in the Tasting Room this weekend from noon to 5 pm. We're located just off Highway 101 at the Pacheco Pass, 10th ST exit (behind Target).

It seems we have a tropical theme going on this week at La Vie Dansante. Totally unintentional, but I love it.

This past Tuesday - after waiting almost 4 years - we harvested the first of two pineapples growing on our Lanai. Maybe not the best pineapple I've ever eaten, but the only one I've ever grown with my own two hands - and that has a sweetness all of its own.

This week in our Courtyard we're sharing the music and stories of a local legend, Dan "Banjer Dan" Mazer. Dan is an acoustic musician from Santa Cruz who loves to sing songs and tell stories. His deepest musical love is Bluegrass, but he also loves other styles ranging from country and folk to jazz and classical music. We never know exactly what to expect, but we're always excited about the possibilities!

It's what all the cool Keiki in Hawaii are drinking - OK, probably not, but maybe their parents? It's our delicious blend of Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava juice, mixed together and then fermented to about 6% alcohol. Light, crisp, and cool - with a touch of alcohol. A longtime Santa Cruz local, Billy, is a multi-instrumentalist playing an eclectic mix of rock, folk, americana, country, and blues. We’re fortunate to have both Billy and his bandmate Joshua Cremer from the popular Santa Cruz band “Eyes Like Lightning” stopping by the Courtyard this summer – come see both.

We’ve been enjoying Micaela as part of her ensemble “The Soft Lights”. For years we've had them play our Annual Holiday Party in December. This year we’ve asked Miceala to stop by our Courtyard and entertain us during the summer. See her this Saturday, the 23rd, from 1 pm to 4 pm and be sure to check our her videos on her YouTube Channel.

As always, the music is free for all to enjoy and no reservations necessary. Find us just off Highway 101 in Gilroy, just south of Target and Salvation Army.
