Join us on Saturday, August 29th (5:30 PM – 9:30 PM) for an extraordinary evening exploring the ultimate classic pairing: live-fire beef and Bordeaux-style w**es.
We’re pairing up with Louie’s Smokey Trails to bring you a sophisticated, multi-course Prix Fixe menu cooked over open flame, expertly paired with select pours straight from Matt’s Cellar.
🔥 The Evening’s Menu:
✨ Course 1: Braised beef short rib over roasted butternut squash-infused polenta, finished with roasted garlic chimichurri.
