We want to thank all of you this Thanksgiving. We have a lot to be thankful for this season. Since we closed our storefront you our customers and our friends have stayed with us. We do apologize for slow responses to voicemail but all things get better with time

Day 6 of our new operation and things are going surprisingly well. I know I've been slow at returning voice-mail but I'm improving that by having our main number 989-426-3121 go straight to my cellphone. The remote sessions I've done this week hit 92% repairing them remotely the remaining 8% I went to the client's home or business brought items back to my home shop repaired them and returned them to the client's home/business
So far so good. I couldn't do this without the support of our community. I sincerely appreciate the entire county and the surrounding areas

So, day 2 after closing the storefront feels weird not leaving for morning coffee and morning meetings with Heather to discuss our day ahead. I've been very busy with remotely servicing our clients' Computer issues and doing service calls. This transition is going pretty well except that a lot of people still don't realize we no longer have a storefront. I'm enjoying the new business model we're using and hopefully, more people will as well. I'm trying to answer all voice-mail in a timely matter. Thank you to all of you who've supported us!!!
