If you highly value relationships, community, and personal growth, then contribution and eye contact are a must.

If you value logic, learning, and the big picture, then it is my place to hold space for this person so they can get their thoughts out and questions asked and answered.

𝐈𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 "𝐍𝐎"?

Sales is often characterized as a game of "no" because rejection is a common part of the sales process.

When coming up in a direct sales company, I was taught that in order to get the yesses you have to get more nos.

Does that make sense to you?

The salesperson's job is to overcome those objections and turn the "no" into a "yes."

The old thinking is that "Successful salespeople understand that they will encounter many rejections before achieving a sale and adapt their approach to overcome objections."

What if you could speak to the client's values and get to "yes" rapidly?

Would it be worth 90 seconds in your meeting to figure out who is sitting in front of you?

Would you like to know how to best serve your client from the get go?

Ultimately, sales is about building relationships, understanding customer pain points, and providing value.

While there may be a fair share of "no" responses along the way, cutting dance in the middle with objections and hesitation can increase your close rate.

With Mother's Day behind us and Father's Day fast approaching, let's talk about one of my favorite topics: 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐓.

Parental guilt is a topic that is talked about a lot on TV and likely not much in real life.

This guilt can be all consuming and rip the guilt-ridden parent apart.

I have coached a mother of adult children who said "I've always felt like an utter failure with my kids."

No Mom or Dad should feel that way. Ever.

The thing is, once she understood 𝐖𝐇𝐎 her child actually is, doors opened, lightbulbs went off in her head, and she let out the biggest sigh of relief.

Moms and Dads, repeat after me, "𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲!"

The little humans, who eventually grow into big humans, do give parents challenges and it is part of growth, on both sides.

Learning to conquer the guilt you feel surrounding your parenthood will make you a better and stronger parent.

I am a stepmother. I will tell you it was rough on entry. I didn't understand the role and was really bad at it.

Over the years, I have grown plus I found this handy tool called BANK.

Learning personality science has been a God send because I now have the freedom to communicate with my stepson the way that suits him.

We are both Engineers.

What we are not is the same personality.

I had to stop competing and start communicating with the stepson I had, not one I wished I had.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐨 𝐅𝐞𝐰 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬?

Coaches are a dime a dozen. Seriously, 2020 hit, and suddenly, every single person with any desire to be a coach became one.

I was already doing the job for my last entrepreneurial adventure, so I decided to jump in too.

Most coaches are not certified and in some cases operate outside of integrity, offering no evidence of results and authenticity is questionable.

What if there is a better way?

What if there is a system offering freedom from the muck and mud in your head and you can learn how to strengthen relationships?

There is such a coaching program.

𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲?

I saw a post yesterday that simply said: "It's official! We now have more ChatGPT experts than we had COVID-19 experts."

It appears to be a true statement.

In the latest group coaching round, the discussion about ChatGPT was prolific.

Why use AI? Have we gotten to a spot where we have no more creativity? Or is it something else?

I think, something else.

As humans, we want to connect to our fellow humans. Some of us are great writers and some are not so much.

If something like ChatGPT gives us an edge to make that connection, then we will run to it like an oasis in the desert.

What is the one thing ChatGPT doesn't have? Empathy.

That Empathy piece is the thing that is making thought leaders in this area scared and putting the thought in our heads that AI will take over the world.

What if there was AI with empathy built into it? What if it helped you connect to the person in front of you, the first time, every time?

𝑷𝒊𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒔

A friend asked me how my "pivot" was going.

Pivot? What do you mean pivot?

And then I realized, I did pivot to immerse myself in BANK Coaching and Training.

I pivoted toward something that was way more exciting than what I was doing.

Not only did I pivot, but I also leveled up.

I got inspired to share a program called BANK because it saved my marriage, and saved me.

One of the biggest problems Entrepreneurs, Coaches, and Business people have is that they are not flexible enough to pivot in their business to level up.

They keep going with the program or product that has yet to bring the success they had hoped.
