Planning a great Retreat requires thorough field research.

The VACEOs team is on-site at mapping out the details for our 2027 Spring Retreat.

We're reviewing meeting spaces, testing guest experiences, and making sure every aspect of the venue lives up to the standards our members deserve.

The fact that we're doing all of this at one of Virginia's most iconic destinations is a nice bonus.

Thank you to everyone who joined us Wednesday for our Let's Connect Social.

We enjoyed opening the doors of the new VACEOs HQ and welcoming members, sponsors, and guests for an evening of conversation, refreshments, and connection.

It was great to see the space filled with familiar faces, new introductions, and plenty of great conversations. We're excited to see the new HQ become a place for meetings, learning, and community in the months ahead.

We look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Last week VACEOs members and sponsors rolled up their sleeves for AI in Action: From Idea to Implementation, a Square Table hosted by Srinivas Alladi.

Folks came prepared with their own business challenges and spent the session working through them together, testing ideas, comparing approaches, and exploring where AI can create value in their organizations.

Square Tables give members an opportunity to share what's working, what's not, and what they're learning with peers who are facing many of the same leadership challenges.

One week to go!

We've been in our new headquarters for a few months now, but next Wednesday, August 5, we finally get to welcome our members and sponsors into the space.

Our team is looking forward to seeing familiar faces, making new introductions, and simply having the place full for an afternoon. It'll be nice to see the space doing what it's meant to do.
