Peace All;
In honor of Mardi Gras & Chinese New Year: Dragon -- we will practice Box Breathing [since chests are typically exposed during the festival], and Dragon Breathing.

Scripts Below to Follow Along:

Box Breathing::
Step 1: Breathe in, counting to four slowly. Feel the air enter your lungs.
Step 2: Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Try to avoid inhaling or exhaling for 4 seconds.
Step 3: Slowly exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1 to 3 until you feel re-centered.

Dragon Breathing::
Sit cross legged or kneeling with your spine long.
Breathe in through your nose.
Breathe out through your mouth whispering a roar.
Option to stick out your tongue and open your eyes and mouth wide.
Repeat 3-5 times.
