Great review from Allison... "We had a problem with our relatively new dishwasher. After doing some basic troubleshooting, we were debating whether it made sense to get the dishwasher repaired or align that cost to a new dishwasher. After reading reviews of Parker & Sons, we made the decision to give them a call. I am so glad we did! We had another company come out to look at another appliance and were charged a large amount to only be told the refrigerator couldn’t be fixed. Rob was super helpful in setting expectations of what would happen and we had a technician out same day. The cost to look at the dishwasher was so reasonable and he was able to fix the issue same day. So thankful we reached out to Parker & Sons. Great customer service and a fair price and our issue was resolved same day. Try Parker & Sons before you replace your appliance!!"
