This past week, our UCX Customer Service teams celebrated Customer Service Week with a Funny Farm theme — packed with creativity, laughter, and friendly competition!

From Moo-day Munchies and Farmer’s Breakfasts to hilarious Minute-to-Win-It games, each day brought a new reason to smile. Our teams — The Quackalaka’s, The Rowdy Roosters, The Ham-Tastic Four, and The Mighty Moo Crew — showed amazing teamwork, spirit, and farmyard fun throughout the week. 🐮🐷🐔🐥

We loved seeing other departments join in on the games to cheer, compete, and share in the laughs — the more the merrier on the farm! 🌻

The week wrapped up with a Cookout Luncheon for the entire building — complete with burgers, hotdogs, BBQ chicken, chips, and soda — plus a Best Farm Contest, Team Pictures, and plenty of balloon-filled fun under the barnyard arch. 🎈

📍 Deerfield Beach, FL – Mapei MTI Training

This week, 4 regional teams from the Mid Atlantic and Southeast—made up primarily of our newer AEs—had the opportunity to participate in Mapei MTI Training.

A huge thank you to Allen Janovsky, Gary Waldron, and Brad Back for hosting us, and to Sam Biondo for leading the majority of the training. Over the course of a day and a half, we gained valuable knowledge through both classroom-style sessions and hands-on demos.

We also got to enjoy team dinners together—first at JB’s on the Beach 🌊 and then at Little Havana 🍴—which made the experience even more memorable.
