Our Glen Ellyn Chamber Women in Business meetings are so meaningful because they focus on the whole person—not just the professional side of who we are, but our personal health and well-being as well.

On Wednesday, June 24, the Glen Ellyn Chamber hosted an inspiring Women in Business Panel Discussion featuring five incredible experts who helped us navigate the important topic of perimenopause and menopause health.

Our panelists included Jessica Powell, Certified Nutrition Specialist and Amanda Scalon, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor of ; Megan Brash, MS, Certified Personal Trainer ; Dr. Jana Richardson, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Founder of Chicago Pelvic Health and Wellness; and Lori O’Grady, Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

Together, they shared valuable insights on mental health, nutrition, pelvic health, hormone changes, strength training, and overall wellness. Their expertise provided attendees with practical tools, resources, and encouragement to prioritize their health during every stage of life.

🚗✨ Our Women in Business After Hours at the College of DuPage Automotive Technology Center was both informative and empowering!
