ATC Pest Control is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our office staff.

This position is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, assisting customers, managing communications, and helping ensure our daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming phone calls and returning missed calls
• Responding to customer, technician, and sales team messages
• Scheduling appointments and optimizing technician routes
• Reviewing schedules for accuracy, notes, pricing, confirmations, drive time, and production goals
• Assisting technicians with scheduling and customer concerns
• Contacting customers to schedule services
• Maintaining office supplies and assisting with office projects
• Sending customer communications and newsletters
• General administrative and office support duties

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
• Must be able to remain calm and professional when handling multiple priorities

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday
• Two Saturdays per month (approximately 3 hours each)
• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Opportunities for growth and increased compensation based on performance and experience

This is an in-office position. Applicants must be punctual, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
