🎂 Happy Birthday, Jackson!

Today we celebrate someone who has been part of our family long before he ever clocked in for his first official day!

Jackson has been around since he was 8 years old, tagging along with his dad who has been with us for 16 years and watching him grow up and join our team has been so special to us.

Almost a year in as our septic tech & installer, Jackson brings his A-game every single day and loves running all the equipment. On his days off you'll find him road-tripping to visit all his college friends! 🎉

Happy 50th Birthday, Trey McDonald! 🖤🎉

Trey has been running heavy equipment for us for 8 years and there's not a better man for the job. Rain, mud, long days, you'll never hear a complaint. Just steady, reliable work with a smile.

When he's not moving dirt, you can find him water skiing on the lake or off-road rock crawling at his park. The man doesn't know how to sit still and honestly, that tracks.

Trey, we're thankful to have you on our team. Here's to another year of big machines, good water, and even better days. 🎂

We recently finished up a land clearing and site clearing job for our good friend, Luke Hurst with Hurst Dynamic Solutions and as always, it was an honor to be the team he called.

We didn't start McMichael Waste Services from the boardroom. We started it from the job site.

We were already in the field. Already on sites every day. Already doing the kind of work that requires a service partner who understands what's actually at stake when a job is on the line and every moving part has to be in the right place at the right time.

That is what MWS was built on, firsthand experience. We know what a job site needs because we've worked them. We know what it costs when something simple becomes complicated. We know the difference between a vendor who shows up and a partner who actually gets it.

That's our standard, not because it looks good on a website, but because we've been on the other side of the cone. We built MWS to be the kind of company we would want to work with.
