Sign up now for NDC’s Project 2031 Partnership Program to ensure an accurate Census 2030 count of your jurisdiction and to streamline your 2031 Redistricting Process. It’s as easy as A, B, C . . .

A. Project 2031 Partners receive assistance with the Census 2030 preparation to make sure everyone is counted and to ensure the Census geography matches local neighborhoods and precincts.

B. Project 2031 Partners receive guidance on outreach to community members to encourage participation in the 2030 Census and ensure a complete and accurate count for your jurisdiction (and the federal funding and elected representation that comes with a full count)

C. Project 2031 Partners that elect their leaders by-district are guaranteed of NDC’s availability to enter a contract for 2031 redistricting demographic, map drawing, and process services, and will receive notifications of the deadlines and California’s expanded requirements for the 2031 Redistricting process. For those cities, counties, and districts that are ready, NDC is prepared to enter a contract now to lock in pricing for 2031 redistricting demographic, map drawing, and process services.
