Russ Lindsey, General Manager
Russ was born in California and raised in Parker, AZ. Growing up in Parker, he developed a love for the water, and enjoys spending time boating on the river, and surfing in the ocean. He also likes to fish for trout during the summer and go duning in the winter. Often times he can be found target shooting on the weekends. In his spare time, Russ volunteers as a youth
football coach. Russ spent many years as a service plumber, running across water damaged buildings on a regular basis. He is well versed in all aspects of water damage remediation, and understands how water works and travels throughout building materials. It was this knowledge that led him to his involvement in the water damage industry. Russ holds certifications in water remediation and mold abatement. He is also an AHERA Certified Building Inspector and a Contractor Supervisor, allowing him to test and develop work plans for remediation of asbestos in public facilities, commercial buildings and private residences throughout the state of Arizona. He is an EPA Certified Lead Abatement Contractor. Stephanie Lindsey, Project Manager
Stephanie is a rare Arizona Native, graduating from Mountain View High School in Mesa, AZ. Growing up she spent a good deal of time travelling around the state as a member of a Masonic youth group, Jobโs Daughters. She enjoys the outdoors, especially northern Arizona. In her spare time, Stephanie is also a professional photographer, specializing in portrait and lifestyle photography. Stephanie holds certifications in water remediation and mold abatement. She is also certified in bio-hazard and crime scene clean-up. Stephanie is responsible for all invoicing and the building of Xactimate scopes, as well as designing of in-house marketing materials. Steve is an Arizona native. In the winter you can find him spending time duning with his family in Glamis, CA. In the summer, he enjoys camping in the Lake Mary area of Northern AZ. He is an avid off-roader and outdoorsman. Steve has worked in the construction industry his entire professional life. He started with Younger Brothers Construction right out of high school. He runs our construction division, and is personally involved in every project we take on.
