None of this happens without the partners who believe in the mission before the room fills up.

To the sponsors of the 2nd Annual Black Women in Tech Awards Breakfast — thank you for putting your name, your resources, and your commitment behind Black women in tech in Milwaukee.

This is not a small thing. Sponsorship is a statement. It says: we see this work, we value this community, and we are willing to invest in its future.

✦ Milwaukee Brewers — thank you for standing with Black women in tech and showing that investing in community goes far beyond the field. Your support signals to Milwaukee that this movement has reach across every sector of this city.

✦ Visit Milwaukee — thank you for recognizing that Black women are not just part of Milwaukee’s story — we are central to what makes this city worth visiting, investing in, and celebrating. Your partnership means the world.

✦ BMO Bank — thank you for opening your doors — literally — and making BMO Tower the home of this breakfast. When a financial institution stands in the room with Black women in tech, it sends a message about who belongs at the table of economic opportunity.

To every sponsor: you did not just fund an event.
You invested in a movement.
And movements have returns that compound over time.

We will see you at the 3rd Annual. 🖤✨

This might be our best lineup yet.

I don’t say that lightly. But when I look at the leaders who will be in the room on February 26th—sharing their wisdom, their stories, and their insights with the women we’re honoring—I know this is going to be transformational.

Mayor Cavalier Johnson. Dr. Eve Hall. Tanya Hines. Pastor Melva Henderson. Celeste Cuffie.

These are dynamic, powerful leaders who understand what it means to create pathways, challenge systems, and invest in the next generation of Black women in tech.

And they’re showing up—not just to speak, but to shift the narrative.

I couldn’t be more excited about what 2026 has already started to look like. The momentum is building. The energy is shifting. And this event is just the beginning.

To the 100+ women and community leaders who will be in the room: you are in for something special. This isn’t just a breakfast—it’s a movement moment.

You’ll hear from leaders who have navigated the challenges you’re facing. Who have broken through barriers you’re confronting. Who are committed to making sure the path forward is clearer for you than it was for them.

To our speakers: Thank you. In advance.

Thank you for saying yes. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for lending your voice, your time, and your wisdom to this mission.

You’re not just speaking at an event. You’re helping to shift the dynamic for Black women in tech—in Milwaukee, in Wisconsin, and beyond.

Your words will ripple. Your presence will inspire. Your investment in this moment will create impact we won’t fully see for years to come.

Thank you for being part of the transformation.
