My name is Monica Armas and I am the proud owner of Lighthouse Senior Solutions Inc. As an educator, I am focused on growth mindset and positive character development to foster confidence and success in my scholars. Being an educator has been an instrumental vehicle in my new role as a senior care expert. Diving into the senior industry later on in life, I realize the gravity and weight of caring for seniors and families. Finding joy and purpose in serving elder adults and families has become my new passion. The imagery of a lighthouse represents my mission to be a guiding light for clients seeking resources in the advanced stages of life. It’s hard to believe it’s already been four years since I began this journey. I’m incredibly grateful for every family I’ve had the opportunity to meet, every story I’ve been trusted with, and all of the wonderful people who have been part of the journey along the way.
