You meet someone and immediately feel hopeful.
Maybe this is the one.
But before long, you’re analyzing texts, looking for signs, wondering how they feel, and trying to figure out where you stand.
The issue usually isn’t that you care too much.
It’s that you don’t feel safe enough to ask the questions you actually need answered.
When you’re afraid of rejection, you stay in uncertainty. You search for clues instead of having conversations.
And uncertainty creates anxiety.
Inside my Fully Expressed & Unavailable for Less program, I help people understand the deeper patterns driving relationship anxiety, build self-trust, and develop the ability to handle rejection without making it mean something is wrong with them.
Because confidence isn’t knowing you’ll never be rejected.
It’s knowing you’ll be okay if you are.
Comment “Expressed” if you’re tired of overthinking every relationship.
