Tomorrow, October 16, is National Boss's Day, and I'm celebrating the grand opening of my new venture, Sanchez Advisory Partners!

Today I take a bow. 🎭

After seven years, the curtain is closing on Impactful Improv.

And what a run it has been!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible teams, apply improv lessons in situations I never imagined, and share a lot of laughs along the way.

When a Broadway show ends its run, it doesn’t mean the show failed. It simply means the run is complete.

So I’m celebrating and enjoying the moment.I’m taking my final bow, applauding everyone who has been part of the journey, and getting ready for what comes next. 👏

"Will you be putting your genius into an AI tool?"

I have been asked this a couple of times in the past couple of weeks.

My answer is no. At least not yet.

Evaluating this question made me pause and reflect on where I want my career and business to go.

The number one reason is that I specialize in human connection.

My clients hire me to talk to a person. A big part of the value is time spent with another human being even if it is over Zoom.

In fact, it was through 1:1 conversations with many of you that I thought more deeply about the impact I want to make on the world. I want to be more eco-friendly as my company grows. Training AI models has a significant environmental impact and requires computing resources.

I know many of you are some of the great minds working to make that more efficient, but for now, I'm going to continue to focus on what I do best — working face-to-face with human beings as their trusted partner.

How would you answer this question? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
