Join the growing team at G&T Services LLC!
Looking for a stable, active, and essential role with competitive pay and great local support? We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented Route Service Drivers to join our team serving the Omaha & Council Bluffs metro area!

💰 Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on experience) + Job Site Stipend!

📍 Location: Based out of Glenwood, IA (In-Person / Servicing Metro Area)

🕒 Schedule: Full-time (Flexibility required for occasional weekend/evening shifts)

✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Service, sanitize, and restock portable restrooms, handwash stations, and event equipment.
• Deliver, place, and retrieve equipment across construction, commercial, and event sites.
• Perform basic on-site maintenance to keep our fleet and inventory top-notch.
• Manage daily routes independently while keeping clear communication with dispatch.

📋 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (3+ years driving experience required).
• Must be 21+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75–100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable handling waste management/sanitation duties with professionalism.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and dependable.

About the Role
G&T Services LLC is currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Equipment Operators / Route Service Drivers to join our growing team in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full paid training! In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our equipment—from portable restrooms to handwash stations—is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Service & Sanitize: Perform routine cleaning, flushing, and restocking of units to ensure a clean, safe experience for every customer.

- Equipment Logistics: Safely deliver, place, and pick up equipment at various job sites, construction projects, and event venues.

- Maintenance: Conduct minor on-site repairs and equipment upkeep to keep our fleet in top shape.

- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate route documentation, provide feedback on route efficiency, and strictly adhere to all safety and transportation regulations.

- Team Support: Work independently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch and occasionally assisting team members with logistics.

What You’ll Bring
