Our wines are all made with grapes grown in the Loess Hills of Western Iowa and they are heavily influenced in style by the fabulous wines from Spain where Doug lived for many years and first fell in love with wine. Our customers have known about this for a while now but we have decided to close the winery. We have been on this wine journey for 20 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! We have met so many great friends and made so many cherished memories along the way! We have reached an age where we would like to slow down and have our weekends back. We are not selling or moving. We are staying right here and hope to travel more. Our last day will be Sunday Nov 2nd. Come join us one last time!

It is with crushed hearts that we announce that our beloved Coco has passed away. She gave us 16 sweet years and was loved by many of our customers. Don’t know if there are wineries in heaven but if there is she is playing nonstop fetch with some lucky angel!
