Wrapping up another fantastic meeting this week!

Presenters:
Jameson Malgeri from Another Level Home Inspector educated us on what termite damage looks like, why homes attract termites, and what these pests actually look like. (He’s also selling calendars for the Rotary—reach out to him to purchase yours!)

Alex Egmont from Heirloom Builders walked us through recent projects and shared the kind of expert knowledge needed to make impactful decisions when building homes.

And the Beacon Trophy goes to our newest member, Zack Marques from Marques Plumbing! At only his second official meeting—quite possibly a record—his pitch was chosen as the best and focused on winterizing homes and keeping pipes from freezing.

Wrapping up a spooktacular meeting on Halloween!

Presenters this week were Lorenzo Burnham from Noble Electricians, who demonstrated how 3-way circuits work using a Halloween-themed working panel built just for the chapter, and Ramona Pettygrave Shah from Ramona Pettygrave Designs, who quizzed the chapter’s knowledge about interior design through a slew of fun puns.

The Beacon Trophy was awarded to Eric Salinas from Juliano Law Group for having the best pitch this week—and for his iconic catchphrase, “We do good deeds.”
