Congratulations, NOCO Humane!!🐶🐱👏🏻🎉

Last Saturday night we broke all previous records and raised over a quarter of a million dollars—far exceeding our fundraising goal! 🖤🐾

NOCO Humane’s Top Cat & Tails Gala, “Phantom of the Pawpera,” was an absolutely huge night. This room showed up and gave generously, and it was an honor to return for my fifth year as both emcee and auctioneer.

NOCO Humane provides shelter and care for animals in need, reunites lost pets with their families, and helps animals find loving homes. Their work makes a profound difference for animals and people here in Larimer County and across northern Colorado.

A huge thank you to Leighanne and Nick. You are both so wonderful to work with, and your hard work paid off beautifully. Congratulations on an extraordinary evening!

And to Marshall Rosales, my ringman extraordinaire and our Phantom: you are so much more than a ringman. For the second year, your talent, theatrics, and presence onstage helped take this event to another level. I’m incredibly grateful for your partnership and everything you brought to this night.🎭

Raising Our Voices for Hope—and what a night it was!💜🎤🎵🎶

Saturday was my first time working with SafeHouse Denver, and I was blown away by the generosity in the room, the survivor’s powerful story, and the impact of this organization’s lifesaving work in our community.

This year, they combined their two annual fundraising events into one unique, reimagined celebration. It was so much fun being part of the planning process, and I’m grateful they welcomed my creativity as we helped bring this night to life. Music, connection, community, and a room ready to give—it was an absolute blast!😄

A personal highlight was reconnecting with my college roommate, Jill, and getting to work together on this event. Such a treat to share this experience with her.🥰

And apparently Chief Development Officer David moonlights as part of a dueling pianos team! His performance of Queen was unforgettable. 🎹

Still smiling about last Thursday’s auction with Basecamp Explorer Foundation USA!😄🐅🐘🦒

This was my first time working with this phenomenal organization, and I absolutely loved this group. So many of the incredible humans I met were Up with People alumni, and I had a blast connecting, laughing, and learning alongside them.

Learning more about Kenya and the Maasai Mara community left me deeply inspired—and determined to get my kids and me there for a safari someday. I want us to experience that life-changing together!🥰

We shared such a fun, successful night of fundraising, and I’m grateful I got to be part of it. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly and giving me the opportunity to connect, learn, and support your work.

What an amazing way to kick off my fall season!🥰

Last night was my first Be the Light Benefit with PorchLight FJC, and it was an absolute honor to be part of such a powerful evening. The room was filled with generous, extraordinary humans—and together, they more than doubled last year’s fundraising total.

A huge thank-you to Candace, Sara, Brandon, Ali, and the entire PorchLight staff. You were truly a dream to work with and such a beautiful, passionate group of humans. I left this event deeply inspired by you and the life-saving, critical work you do for our community.

I also had the honor of sharing the stage with the amazing Kim Christiansen, who served as our emcee. Kim is not only phenomenal at what she does—she is an authentic, beautiful human being, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her.

And yes, you may notice my interesting choice in footwear.😂 About one minute into wearing heels, I injured my foot and ended up doing the event in the Uggs I drive in.🤦🏼‍♀️ I think I’m officially retiring high heels. It’s time.

Every person in that room was shining their light brightly, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it. What a gift.💜✨

Way after the fact, but some summer magic deserves a permanent spot on the feed. ✨🧚‍♀️

This was my second year serving as auctioneer for OpenStage Theatre & Company, and once again, it was an absolute highlight of my summer.

A wildly successful night supporting an incredible organization, surrounded by phenomenal humans who believe deeply in the power of live theatre, creativity, and community. I love getting to be a small part of what they do — and watching this community show up BIG for them was pretty special.

And, I mean… I got to raise money for theatre while dressed like a fairy.🥰🧚‍♂️

Does it actually get any better than that? ✨

Already looking forward to year three. 💫

What an honor to serve as the auctioneer for Cor Defense’s A Night Out fundraiser for the third year in a row!🥰🍭🎤

Watching this organization grow over the past three years has been incredibly moving. Cor Defense is doing powerful, necessary work — helping survivors of interpersonal violence heal through defense training, nervous system support, and embodied empowerment.

This year’s event was the most successful yet and even more importantly, it brought people together around a mission that truly matters.

I was especially struck by the stories of survivors, the strength in the room, and the deep commitment of everyone that loves this amazing organization.💜

As an auctioneer, I get to be part of a lot of meaningful events. But this one is personal. This work changes lives. It helps survivors reconnect with their bodies, their safety, their power, and their voice.

I’m so proud of what Cor Defense has built, and I can’t wait to see how this event continues to grow and take shape in the years ahead.

Of course Lonnie had to get his annual photobomb shot!😂

Such a joy to serve as auctioneer for Reach Out and Read Colorado’s benefit last week.📚🖍️✨

What a beautiful room full of people gathered around an incredible mission — helping children develop a love of reading, supporting early literacy, and strengthening the bond between parents and children through books.

That work has such a lasting impact on families and our community, and I was truly grateful to be part of such a meaningful and successful night.

Congratulations to the entire Reach Out and Read Colorado team on a beautiful event and an incredible evening of generosity.

And of course, having my cousin and bid recorder extraordinaire by my side, made it even better.🥰

Yesterday morning, I had the absolute honor of serving as emcee and auctioneer for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver’s Breakfast for Humanity.

I have loved getting to know this organization more deeply, and I left feeling so moved by the work they are doing to create security, stability, and pride through homeownership.

Hearing keynote speaker Sarah share her experience as a Habitat homebuyer was deeply powerful. The panel discussion with Jaime, Neil, and JR was an absolute blast—thoughtful, inspiring, and full of heart. And the Habitat Metro Denver staff? Phenomenal. Truly such a joy to work alongside.

I’m so grateful to have played a small part in helping raise funds for this incredible organization and its mission. The community in that room was beautiful, generous, and deeply committed.💙

Mornings like this remind me why I love the work I do.

80 years strong — and still showing up in a BIG way. 🪩✨💃🕺

What an incredible night celebrating Denver Kids at their 80th Anniversary Homecoming Gala!

This community came dressed in full 80s fabulousness and gave with full hearts. The paddle raise was absolutely electric — and they nearly doubled their goal. That is the kind of generosity that changes lives.🩷🥰

I had the absolute joy of working again with Kyle Clark as emcee. And then Denver Kids CEO Jay Grimm casually reminded everyone that he’s not only leading an incredible organization — he’s also a phenomenal drummer!! His band, Alter Ego, closed out the night and brought the house down.🤘🏼🎸

Huge congratulations to the Denver Kids team, the Denver Kids Young Professionals Council, their sponsors, donors, and every single person who made this celebration such a success.

Oh, and a huge shout out to my friend and incredible Bid Recorder for the evening, Marshall Rosales! Probably the only human that was willing to take cheesy prom photos with me to my heart‘s content!🤣

I’m so grateful I got to be part of such a phenomenal night with this amazing community.

What a fun night at Base Camp Bash!🥾🏕️

It was such an honor to be part of an evening full of big-hearted humans showing up for young people, the outdoors, and the kind of leadership that creates a real ripple effect in the world. Supporting kids in getting outside, connecting with nature, and seeing themselves as changemakers in their schools and communities feels especially important right now.

This work matters. A lot. The more we can help young people get grounded, look up from screens, and build a real relationship with the natural world, the better off we all are.💚🌲✨

And beyond the mission, this was just a genuinely fun night. A room full of beautiful people, incredible energy, and so many meaningful connections. I met some truly wonderful human beings and had an absolute blast working with this crowd.

Grateful to have been part of such a special evening.
