North Carolina Pecan Growers Association NC Pecan Growers is an organization made of of NC Pecan growers and enthusiasts.

The NCPGA was formed to educate growers and potential growers about proper management and to be a central resource anyone in NC interested in pecan production. We also educate the consumer about the health benefits of pecans and about the crop in NC.

Our cover this month features a photo submitted by Pleasant Hill Pecans. Titled “Harvesting a Dust Storm,” this image was captured last fall and submitted by Sam Brown. Pleasant Hill Pecans is a family‑owned and operated thirty‑acre orchard in Edgecombe County, North Carolina.
