🦃Head’s Wild Game Processing will be •CLOSED• Thanksgiving day (11•27). We will continue normal business hours Friday, November 28th!

If you have a drop off on Thanksgiving day there will be tags by the dock cooler door to put place on your deer, then pull it into the cooler. Please include your name & phone number. Make sure all deer are tagged with your TPW license as well!

Our favorite hunting season tradition returns! Southside Tavern is once again teaming up with Wesley Head's Wild Game Processing to keep the good times rolling!!

🍺 Bring your pink slip from Head’s after processing your deer and your first beer is on the house. Or well cocktail.
🍟 Don’t drink? No worries… swap it for a starter instead.

New this year!! We’re excited to announce PinkSlips4Charity, a NEW fundraising effort we’re taking on in support of our local Mills County Ministerial Association. For every pink slip redeemed, Uncle Grumpy is donating $5 to the Mills County Ministerial Association. Hunt hard, drink cold, and know you’re giving back to the community while you’re at it. **Also taking cash donations for the Ministerial Association**

⚠️ Charcuterie Boards and Ratler Rings not included in the deal.

Pink slips from last season (2024–2025) are no longer accepted.

🦌DEER 4 A BEER🍺 is back for the 2024-2025 hunting season! Drop your game off at Head’s Wild Game Processing, then take your receipt down to Southside Tavern for a free beer or appetizer! (Charcuterie board, and Ratler Rings not included)
