We had a wonderful time at the Priddy Career day yesterday! Thank you Priddy ISD for having us and we loved getting to speak with all of your students.

CTTC is proud to be a member of the Texas Telephone Association, and several employees participated in the annual TTA Membership Summit this week in Austin. This conference gives members and industry partners the opportunity to focus on a more connected rural Texas and the future of the telecommunications industry we serve. While most of the discussions involved talking about the political and regulatory issues facing our membership and customers, we did get an opportunity to celebrate industry accomplishments.

This year CTTC's own CEO Jamey Wigley received TTA's highest honor, the Neville Haynes Award, which is reserved for exemplary service to the association and the telecommunications industry. For over 35 years, Jamey has been dedicated to serving his local community. He has served on the TTA board for many years while also working to bring fiber optic service to CTTC's entire territory ensuring the company remains forward-thinking. Although he typically prefers to stay out of the limelight, we couldn't miss the chance to share with our community and customers all the incredible work he does daily to enhance CTTC. Congratulations Jamey!

Thank you Mullin ISD for inviting CTTC to the Career Day on Tuesday! We enjoyed getting to talk to the local students about what kinds of career paths are possible nearby. We are looking forward to the next one!
