Mayors want more money to end homelessness. The state has the funds. But, many think current approaches are too expensive and inefficient. I would argue that we need new models of housing that are less expensive, rapidly built, and provide a transitional foundation for people without homes. New models cost less than $100k!! We need business innovation to spend the new funds efficiently and effectively!
