I’m serving on the Trainer Selection Committee, and we’re looking for practitioners who can teach hands-on workshops on AI workflows, agentic AI, building AI agents, and other practical topics at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

If you enjoy teaching people how to actually use AI, this is an opportunity to share your expertise at an in-person conference and connect with others in the AI space. There is a trainer vetting and selection process.

🔥 TONS OF UPDATES ROLLING OUT IN ChatGPT. HERE’S ONE!

GPT-6 is now rolling out in ChatGPT! And I’m talking about the regular chat side, not ChatGPT Work.

And no, you don’t have to have a paid subscription! Paid users started getting GPT-6 Sol on October 7ᵗʰ, and Free and Go users begin getting GPT-6 Luna today, October 8ᵗʰ.

If you’re using ChatGPT in your business, check your model options and give it a try. One of the new features is the ability to provide more visual and interactive responses, which could be especially useful when comparing options, researching or working through business decisions.

Remember, you will have to change the model in your previous chats individually if you will be using GPT 6 in that particular chat. And don’t forget to update your mobile app at least weekly for any of LLM’s you have downloaded.

The rollout is gradual, so if you don’t see it yet, keep checking!

I wrote this LinkedIn Newsletter after reading a conversation here on Facebook among local Victoria small business owners and consumers about AI-generated graphics. What really caught my attention was that some business owners were deciding not to use AI at all because of how people were reacting to those graphics.

If you're a business owner, I encourage you to read this because there's so much more AI can help you do, especially when it comes to strategy, finding revenue opportunities, understanding your customers, and running your business.

👉🏾 If you are a small business owner, how are you using AI?

👉🏾 If you are a consumer, how do you feel about businesses who use AI and why?

Had a great time with the women of ABWA - Bryan College Station Charter Chapter last night! I was the guest speaker and I love sharing strategies that most business professionals have not been trained on when using AI. Can’t wait to hear about the success stories in the coming weeks and months and they begin implementing what they learned.

Congratulations to Debbie Holladay, the winner of my complimentary 90 minute training for her business! Huge thank you to Pamela Evans Mize, VP of Programming, for asking me to be the speaker for this month.

If you are looking for a great business and professional networking organization for women, see if there is a local ABWA chapter in your area. If you know a college student at A&M, there’s a campus chapter available for those young ladies! (For the ladies in Victoria, there are 2 local chapters, ABWA - Victoria Professional Express Network and ABWA - Women Growing Together Express Network)

Loving the new AI employee I built over the weekend. You don’t need a tech background to build AI employees to help you in your business.

You need to know what you want them to do, what’s the process they need to follow, start with a workflow and then progress to a skill or AI employee. Then test and iterate on what it’s doing and how it’s working!

I was looking at my October training and speaking schedule, and one of the things I like seeing is just how different the rooms are. Business owners, a managed service provider, a staffing agency, ABWA - Bryan/College Station Charter Chapter, Carver Center Foundation of Victoria Community AI training, Latino health leaders, BBB Heart of Texas, and others.

And again, that’s why I don’t think AI training can be one-size-fits-all. What makes sense for one organization may make absolutely no sense for another. The work is figuring out where AI actually fits into what your people are doing and where it can help.

Several of these October sessions are open to the public if you’re trying to figure some of that out for yourself. And if your organization needs something more specific, I’m always happy to talk about that too.

Dream bigger dreams! 💭

It’s time to level up everything I’m working on and help those (who are ready) to level up in where they can be. Our future generations are depending on the model we teach them! 💡

What a great day in Austin. 75° and overcast with intermittent rain so I am staying inside! My Hodgepodge soup (because it’s made of a hodgepodge of things from the fridge and freezer) is almost done. 😋🍲

I had a virtual meeting earlier this afternoon and now I am building my Chief of Staff-Executive Operations🤖for my business Skill (just finished turning my 4x day specialized email scan into a Skill), and in just a bit will continue working on my AI community membership so I can get that rolled out next week!

No Longhorn football 🤘🏾🏈 so I’m enjoying a laid-back productive but restful afternoon!

What’s on your bingo card for the rest of the day/weekend?
