Packages received after 2:00 PM may not be picked up until the next business day.

📦 ‼️WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMAZON QR CODE RETURNS

We get asked daily, so here’s a quick answer:

While we ship UPS & FedEx, we are not an Amazon Counter, which means we cannot scan Amazon QR codes. Amazon chooses specific partners for that program such as: The UPS Store, Kohl’s, Whole Foods, Staples, and Rent-A-Center.

If Amazon gives you a QR code, our local Rent-A-Center is an authorized Amazon Counter:

If Amazon gives you a shipping label instead, bring it to Come and Ship It and we’ll be happy to help!

And one last thing… please don’t shoot the messenger! 😊 We’ve had a few folks get upset with us over this, but we promise we didn’t make the rules. If you’re frustrated with the QR code requirement, that’s an Amazon decision—not a Come and Ship It decision. We’re just trying to help point you in the right direction!

😅 FedEx Update… We Promise We Aren’t Pulling Your Strings!

At this point, we know some of y’all are probably wondering if FedEx is ever going to happen. Trust us—we’re asking the same thing some days! 😂

The good news: We’re officially approved as a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter. 🎉

The not-so-good news: we’re still waiting on the final setup pieces before we can flip the switch.

📦 FedEx services will officially begin Monday, June 15.

And just a reminder—we ARE shipping UPS every day and accepting UPS drop-offs! So if you need to get something out the door, we’ve got you covered.

Thank you for sticking with us through all the hoops and hurdles. We promise we’re not pulling your strings—we’re ready for FedEx to go live just as much as y’all are!

📦🚚 FedEx Update from Come and Ship It! 🚚📦

We’ve got exciting news!

After weeks of paperwork, approvals, setup, and waiting, Come and Ship It has officially been approved as a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter! 🎉

Our official FedEx start date is June 12, 2026, and we’re working through the final setup stages to ensure everything is ready to go.

Once active, we’ll be able to offer:
✅ FedEx Express Shipping
✅ FedEx Ground Shipping
✅ FedEx Drop-Off Services

This has been a huge undertaking, but we’re excited to continue expanding services right here in Gonzales so you don’t have to drive out of town for your shipping needs.

Thank you for your patience, support, encouragement, and referrals as we’ve worked through this process. We truly appreciate this community and can’t wait to serve you with both UPS and FedEx under one roof!
