There was no where to go but up.

In June of 2011 my life hit bottom. In one week my marriage, my business, and my non profit turned to dust. I knew things needed to change. As an entrepreneur, I was a moderately successful person with a deep desire for better results. But I kept hitting walls that I just didn’t know how to get through. In my search I discovered how to discover the true drivers of our results. Now I'm on a mission to share what I learned with others.

I help owners and their teams peel away the onion and tap into their true potential.

The results have been explosive growth in my real estate ventures, in decoteauco, and in my personal life. I even decided to test the waters of my potential by enrolling in Law School at the age of 55. Although I had NO previous law experience, I finished my first year with honors and an award for the highest grade in the class. These principles work! Now I’m on a mission to help others find their purpose, discover their potential, and live the life they’ve imagined.

I'm experienced in helping companies overcome their communication and sales challenges so they can increase productivity, retain the best employees, and increase profits. All without the stress of bringing their team to the next level. Skilled in Executive Coaching, Crisis Communications, Partner Management, and Team Building and Success strategies. Currently attending Southern University Law Center. I am one of only a handful of people to receive not one coveted Cali award for highest grade in my class, but two.
