👏 GREAT EVENTS TAKE A TEAM… AND GREAT TEAMS NEED GREAT LEADERS. 👏

FM3 is incredibly fortunate to have an amazing crew, and we never want to take anything away from the hard work, long hours, and dedication of our entire team. Every person plays a part in making these events happen.

But today, we want to take a moment to recognize two incredible individuals — Mike Morrison and Betsy Bennett.

Their knowledge, attention to detail, care and concern for the people around them, and the relationships they’ve built throughout this industry over the years give them the ability to pull off things that sometimes feel almost impossible.

And once again, Roadkill Nights on Woodward Avenue was a HUGE success! 🏁🔥

Events of this magnitude don’t just happen. They take months of planning, countless moving pieces, problem-solving on the fly, long days, late nights, and leaders who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Mike and Betsy are those leaders.

They don’t just lead from the sidelines — they are right there in the trenches with the team. Their dedication to FM3, to the people they work alongside, and to this automotive industry we all love does not go unnoticed.

Today we celebrate Michael Hankus, aka “Silent Bob”. As part of the FM3 team for nine years now, he’s become an invaluable asset capable of handling a variety of duties as called on. You might see him doing tech, black flag, grid, brand ambassador, or trailer inventory and maintenance. Whatever he does, he gives it his all. Thanks for 9 years Bob, here’s to many more!

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize someone who has made a lasting impact on so many.

After 32 incredible years with Holley, Bill Tichenor is beginning a new chapter. On behalf of everyone at FM3 Performance Marketing, we want to thank Bill for his dedication, leadership, and the countless contributions he’s made to the automotive community over the years.

It’s been a privilege to work alongside you, and we’re grateful for the support, knowledge, and friendships you’ve shared throughout your career.

Congratulations on an amazing 32-year legacy. We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and new adventures in whatever comes next. We know you’ll continue to make a positive impact wherever the road leads.
