The Fifth Habit

According to Stephen Covey’s book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, you need to seek to understand before you attempt to get others to understand you. That is, you need to endeavor to be empathetic to someone else’s way of thinking before you can realistically hope to have them see it your way. If you do this, you will certainly learn more and likely be better understood.

Visit us this Wednesday at 10:00am at 122 N Litchfield Rd in Goodyear. In addition to developing networking relationships, we will dive further into the book, "Atomic Habits." We are on Week 2 of a 6 Week Study, and we will cover The Four Laws of Behavior Change.
- Read (or listen to) Chapters 5-8
- Design your environment to make good habits obvious and visual
- Create visual cues to remind you of your desired habits
- Make your habits attractive by pairing them with something you already enjoy
