Started off in the shop this morning and then to bumpass on the lake then to rutherglen to do warranty work and then to masaponix for my last warranty job and now back to the shop. If I could get my heart working again like it's supposed to be doing I might feel like doing some work. But god is good compared to many other people so I will continue to put my hope in him because two things in life won't lie to you. Your heart and gods word

Today is my 5 month anniversary from having open heart surgery at uva hospital. I always thought they were the best local hospital for cardiac issues and they were on top of all the latest things going on. Wow was I surprised after having quadruple bypass surgery and then days later after they took me out of a 5 day induced coma I couldn’t believe what had happened. 8 hours later from a 4-6 hour surgery the doctor comes out and tells Sharon they had a machine malfunction and I had had a stroke and then coded twice from not breathing for 5.5 minutes and The two perfusionist that we’re watching the machine took there eyes off it and I coded must have been the malfunction. My goodness your only paying these two people between $167000 and $187000 thousand dollars a year ( and yes I did look there salary up by there name on the operation report that was 1975 pages long . They also after closing up my chest and wiring it back together they had to open my chest again in icu so I would not dye again. After several attempts to get the surgery reports after asking for 3 months and filling several forms I did receive it and they left out the perfusion report and had to start over again still waiting on two other reports from uva so if you don’t think that they can waste time not getting you what you ask for contact me and I can share what you are going to go through..on top of all that the doctor that did my surgery left the hospital days later and is at the Mayo Clinic in Florida now. I kept wondering why he never checked on me since then nor has the hospital ever called me or anything to see if I was still living. Now if this doesn’t make you feel good about your decision trust me it gets better. People be very careful where you go to get something serious done to your body locally and check on the hospital and the doctors you get. God bless you and I hope none of you end up like me partially paralyzed in one side and trying to get your life back together taking therapy 5 days a week.
