This fun endeavor started like many abrupt changes in life: one door closes and so you look for another to open. Though we have a farm with fainting goats, chickens, a donkey and multiple dogs, it wasn't enough. From our past life (yes, retired and this is a second career!) it was clear we needed to be busy and use almost every minute of the day and the farm wasn't cutting it. Since we love to dri

nk wine and grow plants, it was only natural that we learn to grow grapes and make wine. To be able to have a glass of wine from the growth of vines is an incredible feeling. Our ultimate goal was to create a place people want to come and relax, where they can enjoy themselves, wine, and good food. This is a family project, including our extended family and therefore a project that’s filled with love and support.

again! She has come to the winery many times and always does such an amazing job. We love her! If you’ve seen her love performance before, be sure to come on out. If you have not seen or heard her live before you won’t wanna miss it!

We had a special occasion yesterday…

This amazing couple you see in the photo, got married at the winery at 2:22 on 2/22/22! What a truly special moment and time this was!!

We feel very honored they chose Fitzel Winery to be the location where they . We hope they have a very long, happy marriage full of many blessings.

They also had their kids there who were able to have a lot of fun with the alpacas!! 🦙

We also wanted to let you know that there has been a change in plans. Trey Efeney unfortunately will not be able to make it this Saturday for the live performance. So there will not be a live performer this weekend.

However, we do have Russ Cook on the books to for us next Saturday the 26th, from 6pm to 8pm.

Ner De Leon will be playing the saxophone live this Saturday for New Years Dinner! He is a master musician, recording artist and independent record producer. Come listen and enjoy a wonderful romantic evening with great wine and good food!

Super fun memory from last weekend!! Monte Rose came and did an amazing job for us. During his performance, one of our patrons joined Monte and played the harmonica with him. If you check out the second picture in the post you will see him playing the harmonica with Monte Rose. It was such a memorable moment!

Lastly, next weekend we will have local Texan, Trey Efeney performing live at the ! He will be playing a mix of , , and . You definitely won't want to miss it!
