Southern Maine Doula Services was born out of a passion for helping other mothers transition during the post-birth period. As a mother of three and having had very different births and post-birth experiences, I feel compelled to support other women and their families with all of the challenges and learning experiences that come with having a newborn: diapering, sleeping, feeding, sibling adjustment, managing the postpartum emotions, finding and accessing resources for new parents.
