Genesis Products President and CEO Jon Wenger started with a $25,000 used laminator, a 30,000-square-foot plant and a motivated customer when he took on the finance and organizational management of the newly formed company in 2002.

Since then, Wenger has helped lead Genesis through intense market competition and the 2008 financial crisis, laying the groundwork for sustained expansion.
