At Viking Mold, LLC, our mission is to remove active mold growth and restore your space to a clean, healthy condition. In this basement job, we treated all visible mold using EPA-registered products and professional tools — ensuring the area is dry, safe, and ready for use.

You might notice some light staining in the after photos. Here’s why that’s normal:

✅ Staining is a residual discoloration not active mold
✅ It’s similar to a coffee spill that leaves a mark even after cleaning
✅ EPA and IICRC standards do not require stain removal if the surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound

Removing all stains would often mean replacing materials that are otherwise healthy. That’s why industry standards allow staining to remain when properly treated.
