More information on the All Are Welcome Here image and Carolina Management Group:

The person who took their time to create the All Are Welcome Here image is an Arab-American, a single mother with autism and a graphic designer.

Carolina Management Group is a worker's cooperative, which means all of us profit share equally and own an equal share of the company. Half of our cooperative is Indigenous and 3/4 are LGBTQ2S.

The point of informing you about our background is not to throw labels at you. We want to let you know that we all came together to form this cooperative because of our personal struggles in society not belonging to a majority & our philosophy that we wanted a more equitable workplace, mirroring the more equitable world we would like to see.

We haven't given anyone else the rights to produce this item. We are happy to help you put this amazing image on nearly any surface you want. This image was expressly created to help our community, which is why profit is going back to our community from every sale. Our margins stay low so we can be as equitable and fair as possible to neighbors, clients and the whole community.

We might sell 20 items with the All Are Welcome Here image. I am hoping we sell 1,000 so we can actually put more money back into Alamance County.
Either way, please be kind and realize this was a labor of love for people here who also know what struggle is and want a better day. A better future for future generations of Alamance County.
