There are two types of cheap customers. Some can't afford you and move along you while others can but refuse to see your value so they hold a grudge.
This customer from 9 months ago is publicly complaining about our pricing in the comments of a post complaining about the pricing from a completely different company.
They're doing this while admitting our pricing is 35% less than the other company mentioned.
They're complaining we presented all pricing up front so there were no surprises and that we gave them the option to decline the repairs.
They're upset we are transparent.
There is no pleasing cheap customers so don't try. We don't comment to try to please them. We commented to show the other potential customers who read this just how fair our pricing is and just how obtuse some customers can be.
