The Old Granada Hills BID is excited to announce the completion of several projects in the last couple of months.
In October, the BID replaced all of the artificial flower baskets with beautiful succulents and spanish architectural bells. They have added to the charm and ambience of the street and will last for years to come.
Just this week, the BID completed the installation of the String Lighting Project along Chatsworth Street from Encino Avenue to Zelzah. We would like to express our gratitude to our co-sponsor of this endeavor - Patriot Oil Community Benefit Trust Fund Administered by the North Valley Coalition. We have received such positive feedback from the community and are so excited with the transformation!
We continue to look forward to a very bright future for Old Granada Village!! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

The BID has installed new lighting on the Palm Trees in the medians along Chatsworth Street. For many years, the trees had string lighting that required enormous maintenance. The new LED lighting provides great illumination, creates an upscale look and is environmentally friendly!

The BID is excited to announce the repaving of the two alleys on the south side of Chatsworth between Encino and White Oak! We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Council District 12 for their commitment to our community and making this project a reality. At the request of the BID, last year the other alleys between Zelzah and Encino were repaved. We are very happy that these two remaining alleys are being repaved and grateful for the partnership the BID has with Council District 12!

Meet Our 2019 Board of Directors!

The 2019 Board of Directors was elected on November 28, 2018. The BID is excited to welcome Ceasar Barnales of Combined Properties and representing Granada Hills Town Center. Barbara Jean Addis and Bonnie Bursk were also re-elected for another two-year term. The BID is grateful for their untiring dedication to the community and the Old Granada Village BID!
