Another Benchmarking & Best Practices Conference is in the books! 👏 It was an action-packed and exciting week, to say the least. Hosted by the Manufacturers Association for Plastic Processors (MAPP), the conference brings plastics professionals together to learn, connect, and share best practices across our industry.

This year, Missy Rogers accepted an award recognizing Noble Plastics for 15 years as a MAPP member, and Kate Rogers took the stage to share her video expertise during “Places, Please!,” part of the BC Labs. 🎬

We hope October brings cool weather to your homes. While we can’t help with the weather, we’re happy to introduce you to one of our very cool team members, Jason!

Jason is a maintenance technician that joined our team just over a year ago. Having previous experience in maintenance and with robots, Jason was new to injection molding machines. “I thought it was interesting when they came and commissioned the machines, getting to work with the Arburg guys… A lot of the interesting thing is just learning the new equipment – learning something I haven’t worked on before.”

When he’s not at work, Jason can be found fishing, developing publishing software, or making custom laser-engraved goodies!

Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP)’s Benchmarking & Best Practices Conference is coming up September 29 - October 1, and we’re excited to share that our very own Kate Rogers will be leading a session as part of this year’s BC Labs!

In Kate’s session, “Places, Please!”, she’ll discuss different video formats and how to prepare for each type of shoot. From voiceovers to social trends, she will break down each format and share helpful examples along the way.
