It’s the first of the month! This morning, let us introduce you to Valerio!
Valerio joined the Noble Plastics team nearly 2 years ago after working in a food manufacturing environment. “It’s way, way, way different from [the food manufacturer] … It’s smooth, less stress.” Valerio joined our team as a nightshift operator in Opelousas and is currently working as one of our nightshift Lead Operators. As a Lead Operator, Valerio helps our night shift team members with material handling, part quality, and general upkeep of the facility throughout the shift.
“It’s a good place to work. I tell people to go [find job postings] on Indeed or to the temp service.”
When Valerio is not at work, he’s either playing dominoes or cooking up barbeque on his grill. Thank you for making our team stronger, Valerio!
