Still waiting for valuation for the tender to come back from the insurance company, hopefully we can get this settled reasonably soon so we can start to figure out what's next.

Finally heard back from the special investigation unit today. They have gathered enough evidence to file it as an attempted theft/unauthorized access. Now we just wait for valuation services to determine the real world value of the apparatus. I can already tell this is going to be a battle as they are classifying it as a level 3 condition (average condition) with less than a 1000 miles since a complete refit.... Wtf

Our hearts go out to all affected by the fire yesterday, and goes to show why we push so hard for pre season mitigation. Unfortunately in the 3 years we have offered this service we have had only 2 clients reach out to us and follow through with more than just a quote.There isn't a single person in fire that wouldn't rather spend an hour with you walking you through how to maximize your chance at a safe property than spending any amount of time seeing your loss .

Police report was finished today. I spoke with the responding officer. I don't have the report in hand yet so I won't make any statements. Insurance agency has assigned multiple adjusters to the claim

Colorama Pro Rodeo At the Ridger Rider Arena we made excellent progress on the demo of the old bleacher set today. As a result we have roughly 2000 board ft of 2x12 in length from 8 ft to 12 ft that we would like to offer up to our rodeo family and ranching families affected by the Kaiser canyon fire. These boards are not pretty but are excellent candidates for pasture fencing
