Another successful lift day at Texas Roadhouse in Grand Forks!!

We pulled off two exisiting 12.5 Trane RTUs that served the kitchen area and replaced then with two new 15 ton Diakin DFGs that will provide years of reliable heating and cooling.

Big thanks to High Power Crane and All Pro Electric for their help in getting this one done safely and on time.

Another Commercial job coming to a close, we are just waiting on ceiling tiles so that we can get air balance done as well as final inspection and then this Wells Fargo bank is HVAC ready!

It was great to work with Retail Construction Services on this project in Bismarck,ND and we look forward to this location opening in mid October!

Another clean install from our crew here at True Comfort!!

We took an old furnace out and spun the new one 180° as the customer plans to add a basement bedroom and wanted to be able to access the furnace from the other side of a future mechanical room.

We also added a 15.2 SEER2 Goodman Heat Pump and Goodman 2 stage LP furnace. The system is controlled via a Honeywell Redlink thermostat which uses honeywells proprietary Redlink signal to eliminate wired connection between the thermostat and furnace. We also added an outdoor sensor to lockout the heat pump in colder temps. Happy customers are what we strive for. This system should provide comfort and lower utility costs for years to come!
